1 Cup of Dehydrated Buckwheat (how to do this in the comments)
1 Cup of Shredded Coconut
3/4 Cup of melted coconut oil
1/2 Cup of Currants
2 Tablespoons of chopped (sulphite free) dried apricots
1 and 1/2 Tablespoons of Maple Syrup
1 and 1/2 Teaspoons of Vanilla paste
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl pour over cooled coconut oil and mix really well.
Line a tin with baking paper and press the mixture in firmly.. Pop it in the freezer to set..
