Wendy AllsopMy name is Wendy Allsop and I’m a holistic health coach and registered nurse with a post graduate certificate in Health Science. I’ll be with you every step of the way during your 15-day transformation. My story is simple, having worked in the hospital setting for 16 years as a registered nurse I decided I wanted to learn more about nutrition and stop being a part of the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff. I went on to study at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition learning over 100 dietary theories and founded Wellness by Wendy to help educate people about how the power of wholefoods, eating clean and learning to crowd out the bad stuff can make a drastic difference to their health outcomes. I have helped many people lose weight, detoxify, help with food intolerances, improve their sleep, and much more by creating unique personalized plans for their particular health issues, goals and desires. I believe that when you integrate small positive changes in your life you can create incredible long-term health.
